“Myself and seven friends got together to hold a ‘Chocolate Tasting’ evening in the autumn. I had met Kathryn at a Christmas Gift Evening the previous year and had promised my girlfriends that we would have her to show us how to appreciate the thing we all love the best . . . CHOCOLATE!

“We gathered in my living room and I poured the champagne! Kathryn explained to us the intricacies of how to appreciate chocolate from the first ‘snap’ of the wrapper to the lingering taste as the delicious flavours slowly melted in our mouths!

“We had a ball!! This was better than any wine tasting! However . . . the suggested place to store the chocolate we bought was a little surprising!!! (You’ll have to book Kathryn to find out!!)

“I cannot praise Kathryn’s passion and knowledge highly enough. Her presentation was wonderful and then to top it all . . . she had brought some of her wares for us to buy!!”
